Boonie hat

I bought 58cms but my head needs 60cm , feel there should an elastic or stretch fabric band around the hat so that minor size difference can be accommodated. Can introduce Cargo pants ,compass , thermals for cold weather , sleeping bags , FS hat , wollen leather gloves, Great coat Satin , Cap balclava , snow boots ,snake catching stick with handle , mosquito net s , tents ,Mess tin , enamel mug, Swiss army knife and hoodies
