The stove is designed well and does it's job. The two open settings can be used based on the utensile side. My 400ml titanium cup sits perfectly on the middle position and for bigger utensils (like a 1l pot), the fully opened position is great. Light weight and sturdy but be careful of the edges. The additional top plate is a bonus.
Compact, light weight and has served me well. Have replaced my existing slightly heavier stove with this .
Only drawback is, it needs to be opened /folded with care as the resting base plates are a bit flimsy.
But for this, an excellent piece to go in your BoB or GHB.
