The bag is of good quality. The pouch on the sides, if a little bigger, could have fitted a 1 litre water bottle.
For some reason, took quite a bit of time to ship the bag after the order. Maybe a one-off issue. Plan to order few more items.

Very good and strong bag. Suggest, a couple of inch more height and 1 inch width would be very helpful to carry extra load like files or a pair of cloth.
