-1 star because of the slighly faulty product sent initially and the shipping time in general (took a total of 10+ days including the return and shipping of the replacement). But very smooth process otherwise. Exceptional product and quality. I can see why it has a lifetime warranty, it does seem like it woll last a lifetime, also shows the confidence the company has on the product. I will surely buy more products from olive planet and whole heartedly recommend my friends and family to as well. Would love to see the shipping improve only because its charged separately. If it was folded into the price of the product it wouldn't even have bothered me.
I think it's the best backpack I have ever used. The quality seems robust. The space inside is insane and all the small compartments are very tactically placed and accessible. The looks are insane. Many of my friends asked me from where did I get it. I happily replied made in India by "Olive planet".
